Business Development Representative

Loomis Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support our Central Kansas area office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Collaborate with agency staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and risk review processes
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
2+ years of sales or account management experience in the insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Current Kansas or Oklahoma Producer License in Property/Casualty
