Your Responsibilities: As a Property Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of guest experiences at our luxury properties. Your primary duties will include:

  • Property Inspections: Ensuring each property is impeccably prepared for guests and homeowners.
  • Collaboration with Management: Working alongside the Property Management team and Maintenance to support the upkeep and longevity of the properties.
  • Guest Interaction: Assisting with guest inquiries and troubleshooting needs as directed by the Guest Services Manager and team. Welcoming guests upon arrival to assist with their luggage and address any questions regarding the property.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Ability to address common household issues independently using available tools and resources.
