Radiology Imaging Specialist

Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation. Your expertise will be essential in preparing patients for CT procedures, administering contrast agents, and monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for CT procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Administer contrast agents as required and monitor patients for adverse reactions
- Maintain and calibrate CT equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards
- Document patient information, imaging procedures, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with specialization in CT
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging
- State licensure in Radiologic Technology (if applicable)
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
