Job Title: Architect Construction Administration

Passero Associates, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect Construction Administration professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction administration activities, including field observation reports, submittals, RFI's, change orders, and pay requests.
  • Review and distribute project schedules, coordinate and respond to RFI's, and compile and evaluate feedback information related to necessary changes in construction documents.
  • Attend project meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes as required by contract, and coordinate the needs of the architect and outside consultants.
  • Review submittals of contractor's project drawings, warranties, and other post-construction submittals, construction change orders for contract conformance, and contractor's requests for payment.
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience as a practicing Architect or similar experience as a Construction Project manager, including 1-5 years of direct experience in Construction Administration related services.
  • Background in construction documents, specifications, contracts, etc. is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software, Bluebeam or other PDF editing software, and strong work ethic and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
