Quality Assurance and Training Specialist

About the Role:

Kinexus Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring and follow-up of staff development to ensure the integrity of all Kinexus Group service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement monitoring guides, desk review formats, and related templates for use in compliance reviews.
  • Perform at a minimum one annual review of each program, producing a report, working with operational staff to deliver staff training, and performing corrective action follow-up, if applicable.
  • Provide written reports submitted to the COO that identify the root cause of identified violations of regulation or policy/procedure with documented corrective action requirements.
  • Remain up to date with current in-state/federal/local policies and regulations related to all federal, state, and other applicable programs in support of all funding sources.
  • Organize and lead staff for external monitoring - guides, pre-visit documents, interviews, file preparation, and lead corrective action responses, if needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human services, pre-law, or accounting, or the equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
  • Workforce Development and/or quality assurance experience.
  • Prior experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Detailed-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
