Job Summary

ExamWorks Compliance Solutions is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling specific National programs and maintaining awareness regarding industry standards and client expectations. This position requires strong knowledge of claims management relative to Workers' Compensation or Liability and the ability to articulate comprehensive product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Support of specific national programs and project plans that coincide with standard operating procedures.
* Clearly understand and articulate all products and services.
* Manage successful relationships with assigned group of national accounts.
* Coordinate efforts with National Sales Executives and/or Senior Management and other account managers at the local and regional level.
* Identify problems with assigned accounts and facilitate timely solutions.
* Maintain client relationships at a National level by coordinating services and customer service.
* Share information with other staff to improve and maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Bachelor degree in business, marketing or sales; or five years related experience in outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* 2+ years prior sales experience required.
* Strong knowledge of claims management relative to Workers' Compensation or Liability preferred.
* Must understand Sales process methodology and have ability to articulate comprehensive product knowledge.
* Ability to exercise sound judgment and strong decision making.
* Must use intuition and experience to effectively market the company's services.
* Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
* Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics.
* Ability to manage all financial resources and stay within assigned budgets.
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as required and be results driven.
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
* Must be able to demonstrate team behavior and willing to promote a positive team-oriented environment.
