Strategic Account Manager

ExamWorks Compliance Solutions is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing specific national programs, developing project plans, and articulating our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of national programs
- Develop and implement project plans
- Clearly articulate our products and services
- Manage relationships with national accounts
- Coordinate efforts with sales executives and management
- Identify and resolve account issues
- Maintain client relationships
- Share information to improve customer satisfaction
- Attend sales and marketing meetings
- Continuously analyze the market and competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
- 5 years of related experience in outside sales
- Strong knowledge of claims management
- Ability to articulate comprehensive product knowledge
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to market our services
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
- Problem-solving and alternative solution development skills
- Financial management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and be results-driven
