Job Description

ExamWorks Compliance Solutions is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing specific national programs, developing project plans, and articulating our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of national programs
  • Develop and implement project plans
  • Clearly articulate our products and services
  • Manage relationships with national accounts
  • Coordinate efforts with sales executives and management
  • Identify and resolve account issues
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Share information to improve customer satisfaction
  • Attend sales and marketing meetings
  • Continuously analyze the market and competition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales
  • 5 years of related experience in outside sales
  • Strong knowledge of claims management
  • Ability to articulate comprehensive product knowledge
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to market our services
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations
  • Problem-solving and alternative solution development skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be results-driven
