Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at THE UPS STORE, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and account development. Your key objectives will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and lead qualification
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activity
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Proven sales and business development experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Prior experience in the printing industry is a plus, but not required. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and business development.
