About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our team at Integrity Technical Services, Inc. dba Integrityjobs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating site development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and train and mentor engineering and construction associates in the planning, design, engineering, and construction process.
  • Oversee the scope, schedule, and budget for assessment, planning, design, and capital improvement projects.
  • Provide long-term budgets and capacity planning, develop, implement, and maintain planning schedules, design to accepted engineering standards to include standard specifications and design drawings.
  • Identify project risks and monitor/mitigate and/or eliminate risk throughout the construction process.
  • Nurture new and maintain established business partners/clients by attending and participating in industry trade shows, associations, dinners, golf outings, and more.
  • Create/prepare technical white papers for industry associations, attend public meetings, and deliver presentations to promote the Firm's accomplishments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Environmental Engineering with 7 to 10 years of engineering experience.
  • P.E. License preferred.
  • AutoCAD or other CAD engineering design software and solid MS Office skills.
  • Solid leadership and organizational skills and be an analytical and creative thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
