Job Description:

A leading manufacturer of retail displays, exhibits, and commercial cabinets is seeking an experienced Cabinet Designer/Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop layout, construction, and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and/or Cabinet Vision CAD software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and can be executed efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CNC programming and editing to create machine cut paths and operate routers, drills, and other equipment.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field, such as design or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design utilizing AutoCAD and/or Cabinet Vision CAD software.
  • Proven experience in CNC programming and editing, including creating machine cut paths and operating routers, drills, and other equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with Microsoft software.
