About the Role

Austin Firm is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sports-Minded Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to retain existing clients.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, and train other team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics and performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
