Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of the Entertainment Division. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency with bank products and services, as well as a thorough understanding of risk management and compliance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and consultative support to resolve operations issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary contact person for day-to-day interaction with customers, providing timely and accurate information to ensure retention of existing profitable clients.
  • Resolves customer complaints and takes appropriate action to prevent future problems.
  • Analyzes customer needs to cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services.
  • Develops new business through referrals and existing clients.
  • Provides assistance and coverage for all operations-related activity within the department.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of account activity by reviewing various reports.
  • Identifies potential problems and takes appropriate action necessary to avoid financial loss to the Bank.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in client service, banking operations or relationship management support.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with bank products and services.
  • Thorough and detailed knowledge of bank operations and of all bank products and services.
  • Thorough understanding of risk management and compliance policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Colleagues typically have 8 years experience in banking operations and servicing or equivalent training and 5 years Entertainment industry experience.

Compensation:

The starting base salary for this position is $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
