We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled PWM Private Wealth Advisor to join our team at U.S. Bank. As a PWM Private Wealth Advisor, you will be responsible for retaining and growing medium to large size high net worth client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement customized wealth management plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with a team of banking, trust, and investment professionals to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Meet and exceed client expectations through exceptional customer service and communication.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in high and ultra high net worth client wealth management activities.
- Excellent relationship management, networking, and business development skills.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. Bancorp banking, trust, and investment products and services.
- Ability to partner with colleagues to identify and service unique client needs.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions independently.
- Professional designation such as CFA or CFP is preferred.

- A hybrid/flexible schedule with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
