Position Overview:
At T-Mobile, we are committed to innovation and excellence in the telecommunications sector. We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager who will play a crucial role in transforming consumer device and network experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take comprehensive ownership of the product lifecycle for sophisticated consumer devices and network services.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data to guide product innovation and direction.
  • Collaborate with essential business partners and team members to enhance product strategies and customer experiences.
  • Implement hypothesis-driven testing and agile methodologies to refine product offerings and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Effectively communicate across all organizational levels, advocating for the product and influencing key decisions.
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams and device/OS OEMs to shape the consumer device experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale environment.
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software development setting.
  • Advanced understanding of customer experience and agile methodologies.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven success in managing matrixed resources and delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation and professional writing, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools and developing initiatives, features, and user stories for DevOps teams.
  • Deep understanding of platform technologies, including security, performance, optimization, and API integration.
  • Fluency in SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools.

Licenses and Certifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
