Job Summary

Grand Specialty, Inc is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of the business, as well as manage additional projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with sales, procurement, inventory control, order processing, shipping & receiving, and work order processing.
  • Facilitate projects, capture and document project details, objectives, and goals, and communicate project updates.
  • Assist with project planning, resourcing, implementation, and execution.
  • Oversee business functions as required by ownership.
