  • Maintain stringent controls and standards in coating operations.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective operational systems.
  • Ensure efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production goals within budget.
  • Provide leadership and training to align with company objectives.
  • Foster a clean and organized work environment among all personnel.
  • Offer guidance and leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Prepare and manage daily production reports, personnel documentation, and disciplinary records.
  • Participate in meetings with professionalism and provide production updates as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

This role is designated for night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM, four days a week).
