Job Overview

As a Store Operations Manager at GPM Investments LLC, you will play a crucial role in steering all store operations to ensure seamless day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will include teaming up with the Store Manager to drive store performance, recruiting and nurturing a skilled and enthusiastic store crew, and providing inspirational feedback to foster a motivated work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and stocking, to maintain optimal levels.
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained and meets company standards.
  • Manage key financial aspects, including sales, expenses, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older for certain states.
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
