Position Overview

At Bean Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team during their shift. The successful candidate will ensure that our restaurants are clean and well maintained, and that all company procedures are followed. This includes maintaining high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service. Additionally, the Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for controlling costs at budgeted levels in relation to food products, labor, supplies, and other expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of crew members to effectively operate the restaurant during their shift.
  • Ensure that all company procedures are followed, including those related to food quality, food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service.
  • Control costs at budgeted levels in relation to food products, labor, supplies, and other expenses.
  • Stand for up to 8 hours.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
