Luxury Sales Professional

Job Summary:
Cipriani is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting all sales targets set for your market segment and managing and directing the on-property multi-segment sales efforts to achieve hotel revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet all sales targets set for your market segment
- Manage and direct the on-property multi-segment sales efforts to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Implement effective sales deployment strategies to grow market share
- Monitor customer experience from arrival to departure
- Lead a seamless transition from sales to service in a timely fashion for quality service delivery
- Conduct site inspections, client entertaining, sales trips, and trade shows as required
- Entertain potential and existing clientele to develop and maintain relationships
- Create and implement quarterly sales action plans
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in hospitality, restaurant, or a related field
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates, or permits
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years NY on-property sales experience
- Corporate negotiated account relationships and experience
- Entertainment sales account relationships and experience
