Job Overview

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing fine jewelry company seeking a skilled Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, fostering relationships, and driving sales through your expertise and passion for fine jewelry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences for clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected at every touchpoint.
  • Drive sales through proactive client outreach, follow-up, and after-sales service, in order to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of our Fine Jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
  • Actively engage with clients to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of our products, utilizing storytelling and product knowledge to create an emotional connection.
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring the boutique is prepared for daily operations and adhering to security protocols and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to effectively position our brand and products within the luxury jewelry market.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to uphold brand standards, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

About You:

  • 1+ years previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in selling fine jewelry.
  • Genuine passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate the value and beauty of our products to clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
  • Strong clienteling skills, including the ability to maintain and leverage client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of the client experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Adherence to Ring Concierge dress code policy; business casual.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.

Measures of Success:

  • Key Performance Indicators: Sales, Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Average Order Value (AOV),
  • Third Party Secret Shop Ratings & Google Reviews
  • Client outreach
  • Ability to accomplish tasks on time and effectively
