Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our outstanding Partner Services team in Antalya. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively communicating with partners in your region, developing their business, and providing them with analysis, growth opportunities, and new products and services.
">Key Responsibilities">- Developing Partnerships: Build strong relationships with accommodation partners, ensuring they offer Booking.com's customers the best availability and competitive pricing.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate local market characteristics, trends, and drivers to identify opportunities for partners that will help improve Booking.com's business.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer service issues related to partner portfolios in the most efficient manner possible.
- Event Organization: Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners, and encourage attendance at partner events.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Communication Skills: Engage partners over the phone to implement suggestions and resolve issues.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Identify solutions to complex problems and prioritize own workload effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
