Job Overview

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is collaborating with a top-tier manufacturing organization to recruit a Process Improvement Lead. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and management of Continuous Improvement and Lean strategies within the manufacturing sector.

The Process Improvement Lead will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing waste, and boosting overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Lean methodologies including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen to optimize workflows.
  • Detect and remove non-value-added processes to reduce waste.
  • Guide and educate teams on Lean principles, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Track performance indicators and metrics to assess the success of Lean initiatives.
  • Oversee Lean projects and work alongside cross-functional teams to meet goals.
  • Address operational challenges utilizing Lean tools and methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Lean manufacturing and process enhancement initiatives.
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing settings, ideally with knowledge of welding, painting, assembly, injection molding, or extrusion.
  • Six Sigma and Lean certifications are advantageous.

  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000.
