The Process Improvement Lead will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, minimizing waste, and boosting overall productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Lean methodologies including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen to optimize workflows.
- Detect and remove non-value-added processes to reduce waste.
- Guide and educate teams on Lean principles, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.
- Track performance indicators and metrics to assess the success of Lean initiatives.
- Oversee Lean projects and work alongside cross-functional teams to meet goals.
- Address operational challenges utilizing Lean tools and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Lean manufacturing and process enhancement initiatives.
- At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing settings, ideally with knowledge of welding, painting, assembly, injection molding, or extrusion.
- Six Sigma and Lean certifications are advantageous.
