Continuous Improvement Leader

Trane Technologies is seeking a seasoned professional to lead Lean transformation efforts in La Crosse, WI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Lean principles, practices, and tools across our manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct value stream analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for process optimization.
- Lead the planning and execution of Rapid Improvement Events to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
- Train and coach staff on problem-solving behaviors and basic Lean methodologies, including flow, on-demand production, zero defects, standardized work, and visual management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing and coaching employees and leaders to adopt Lean principles and behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation of Lean initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in Lean environments, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and developing Lean principles and continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Experience facilitating at least 30 successful Rapid Improvement events, with a track record of delivering significant improvements in operational and financial metrics.
- Knowledge of the Shingo model is a plus.
