Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer is a key member of our team at Trane Technologies, responsible for providing technical support to production processes and leading projects to improve process efficiency and product design. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve best practice outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to production processes, including machining, welding, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Lead projects to improve process efficiency and product design, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build consensus and achieve best practice outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain required documentation for new or updated processes and provide training to production associates.
  • Utilize a standardized problem-solving approach to troubleshoot product and process failures and develop root cause solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • Two or more years of related work experience, with experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles a plus.
  • Excellent project leadership and team building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, customer-focused, team-oriented, and results-driven.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $80,000-$110,000, as well as comprehensive benefits and programs.
