At Trane Technologies, we're committed to creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you'll play a key role in driving our Lean transformation by ensuring the adoption of Lean principles, practices, and tools across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct value stream analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing change.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Rapid Improvement Events to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
  • Train and coach staff on problem-solving behaviors and basic Lean methodologies, including flow, on-demand production, zero defects, and visual management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing and coaching employees and leaders to adopt Lean principles and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation of Lean initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in Lean environments, with a track record of driving significant improvement in operational and financial metrics.
  • Knowledge of the Shingo model and experience facilitating Rapid Improvement Events.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
