Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance and Administration to join our team at Roto Group LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and mitigating risks associated with contracts and legal obligations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and systems to analyze and forecast company performance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management and ownership.
  • Monitor project financial performance against budgets, identifying areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
  • Lead the rolling forecasting process, working closely with the team to develop accurate and achievable projections.
  • Prepare regular financial forecasts to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Implement financial controls to ensure adherence to financial plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, or JD preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial management, legal oversight, and contract negotiation, preferably in the construction, design, or related industry.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Familiarity with legal principles, contract law, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and mitigating legal risks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovational environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in financial management software, legal databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching.
