Legal Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Law Office of DuPont and Blumenstiel. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our law firm.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and proofread a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Conduct research and provide support to attorneys and paralegals as needed, utilizing your knowledge of legal software and case management systems.
- Manage the firm calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate with outside vendors and clients.
- Process client billing and maintain accurate records, working closely with the accounting department.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks with ease.
- Some college education or equivalent experience, with a strong background in administrative support and legal software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or similar environment, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and protocols.
$18 - $22 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
