About the Role

The Vice President of Clinical Engagement is a key leadership position responsible for driving the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Quantum Health's clinical services and engagement model. This role will lead the performance of clinical services, including care management, utilization management, clinical specialty services, population health, and lifestyle coaching programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to simplify and improve clinical outcomes, operational effectiveness, and quality.
  • Build and lead high-performing clinical teams through inspirational leadership and coaching.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative clinical programs aligned with member needs and employer objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of clinical programs, including implementation, management, auditing, and evaluation.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations leadership, ideally within benefits, navigation/care coordination, telehealth/virtual care, and/or managed care organizations.
  • 5+ years of direct clinical practice/patient care experience.
  • 7+ years of experience coaching and leading high-performing clinical teams.
  • Proven experience leading collaborative, consensus-generating committees or workgroups.
  • Expert knowledge of the healthcare industry, including payer, provider, and employer landscapes.
