Quality Review Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $53,872 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal advisor for the implementation of the Safety Model
- Evaluate and assess operations within Children's Services
- Create resources to improve the application of the Safety Model
- Conduct coaching sessions with case management staff
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Services
- Prior experience as a Quality Review Analyst is advantageous
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to identify patterns and potential safety risks
- Capability to formulate safety plans
- Review and assess casework practices
- Design and execute new program initiatives

- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficient in overcoming challenges and finding solutions
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and transport supplies
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
