This position involves working under the supervision of the Assistant Operations Director and being responsible for coordinating intakes, managing medications, and maintaining a clean environment in the Intake office and Medication room.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent The Montgomery County Coalition in the community by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Input client information into our electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide basic supplies and needs for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Offer support to residents, addressing their concerns and providing guidance as needed.
- Manage medication for residents, adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Intake office and Medication room, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Attend training and staff meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest policies and procedures.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of related experience in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid, with the ability to respond in emergency situations.
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Commit to a minimum of two shifts per week, ensuring consistent and reliable attendance.
