Join us at Arka Service as a Space-Based Systems Specialist and play a critical role in the development and management of complex Electro-Optical systems in space environments.


We require an experienced candidate with a strong background in requirements management, system integration, and supplier management. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field is required, with advanced degree preferred.



  • Establish program plans, including identification of tasks, trade studies, and risk management.
  • Review customer requirements and provide proper requirements management, including validation and specification development.
  • Develop verification plans, requirements verification matrices, and test requirements.
  • Evaluate work and results from the technical team and provide feedback.
  • Communicate with the program office, functional management, and technical team members to ensure proper program execution.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.


Experience Requirements: 5+ years of relevant work experience in systems engineering of complex systems throughout the product lifecycle. Familiarity with electro-optical systems in space, airborne, and terrestrial environments.


Desirable Experience: Decomposition of complex systems, development and verification of space-based electronics, and control theory with open and closed-loop feedback.
