Job Description

As a Hardware Engineering Specialist at Arka Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our products.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing component engineering processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing and resolving component-related issues, and staying up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, defining, and implementing Component Engineering Process to ensure design integrity and hardware robustness
  • Executing processes and procedures required to follow an EEEE component through selection, specification generation, procurement, part screening/qualification, and data review/inspections
  • Supporting Radiation Transport/Characterization Analysis and Implementing Radiation Test Plans on Components
  • Performing quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Equivalent
  • 2+ years as an Engineer in High Reliability, Military, or Space Flight Environments
  • Extensive knowledge of EEEE device types, construction, operation, and failure analysis
  • Experience working with U.S. Government Department of Defense or other highly regulated industries

The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
