Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Project Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our Service Manager and field technicians with site coordination, project engineering, and customer relations. As an Automation Systems Project Specialist, you will be responsible for generating submittals, coordinating equipment delivery, managing product purchases, and preparing general IOM (Installation, Operation, and Maintenance) documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in project coordination, including engineering support, product purchases, and site scheduling.
  • Generate accurate and detailed submittals for customer approval, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely equipment procurement and delivery.
  • Prepare and organize Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals for completed projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians during project execution.
  • Analyze project performance from both a technical and financial perspective, ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, building owners, consulting engineers, and contractors to address project needs and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
