Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Emergency Department at Memorial Hospital of Laramie County. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide clerical support to the department, performing general clerical and receptionist duties. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support to the Emergency Department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, procedures, and surgeries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
