Position Overview:

This role is a vital entry-level position within the Customer Experience team, functioning in a dynamic call center atmosphere.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the mortgage industry is essential
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
  • Familiarity with relevant Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft and Google platforms

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a customer success advocate in a call center setting
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls or texts from existing customers promptly
  • Address routine inquiries via calls, emails, or chat with internal staff, customers, and authorized third parties
