Position Overview:
This role is a vital entry-level position within the Customer Experience team, functioning in a dynamic call center atmosphere.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in the mortgage industry is essential
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous
- Familiarity with relevant Federal, State, and Local mortgage regulations is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft and Google platforms
Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer success advocate in a call center setting
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls or texts from existing customers promptly
- Address routine inquiries via calls, emails, or chat with internal staff, customers, and authorized third parties
