Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at UT Health Austin. As a key leader in our Ambulatory Clinics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise in clinical operations and staff management will enable you to make strategic decisions that drive excellence in our services.

Compensation: Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily activities of clinical support staff within assigned ambulatory care units.
  2. Develop and implement effective staffing schedules to meet provider and patient needs.
  3. Collaborate with Nurse Managers to ensure adequate onboarding, training, and competencies for staff.
  4. Act as first escalation point of contact for patient and clinical matters within assigned unit.
  5. Maintain supply inventory and manage costs effectively.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership role within healthcare setting preferred.
