**About the Role:**

  • We are looking for an experienced Clinical Operations Manager who can oversee the daily function and staffing of our postpartum unit.
  • As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through effective oversight and management of clinical operations.
  • You will work closely with lactation consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless and efficient patient care experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the overall daily function and staffing of the postpartum unit.
  • Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care through effective management of clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with lactation consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost within the unit.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
