About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sound Credit Union. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via phone, ensuring their financial needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine financial transactions via the telephone, including withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Process and mail cashier's checks and provide members with account status, including current balances and loan details.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • One-year experience in a customer service position, preferably in a call center environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be bondable.
