We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sound Credit Union. Responsibilities- Perform routine financial transactions via the telephone, including withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers.
- Process and mail cashier's checks and provide members with account status, including current balances and loan details.
- Work collaboratively with our team to resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- One-year experience in a customer service position, preferably in a call center environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be bondable.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $24.00 - $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and education. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, and disability, as well as a 401(k) match and paid time off.
