With a staff of 60, we bring together legal services, community empowerment, and policy advocacy to fight for immigrant justice, economic security, and a stronger, multiracial democracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fundraising and Donor Engagement
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet an annual $17M budget
    • Oversee all aspects of ALC's fundraising program
    • Implement marketing strategies to support fundraising efforts
    • Cultivate relationships with key external stakeholders and represent ALC at public events and forums
  • Team Management and Development
    • Build and lead a high-performing development team of 7 staff members
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Infrastructure and Systems Management
    • Develop and maintain effective fundraising systems and processes
    • Manage the development team's budget
    • Implement technology solutions to enhance operations
  • Executive Leadership
    • Work closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership on fundraising strategy to ensure alignment with operational and programmatic needs
    • Serve as a key member of ALC's strategy team
    • Ensure close coordination with program teams on data gathering, reporting and evaluation
