About the Position

The professor will be expected to teach courses in business administration and psychology, with a focus on personnel and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and teaching, as well as experience in industry or consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in business administration and psychology, with a focus on personnel and organizational development
  • Conduct research in the field of personnel and organizational development
  • Develop and implement curriculum for business administration and psychology programs
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement academic programs
  • Engage in service activities, such as committee work and community outreach
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in business administration, psychology, or a related field
  • Strong background in research and teaching
  • Experience in industry or consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
