Embrace core values: a positive mindset, adaptability, accountability, and self-motivation.

Requirements:

Minimum of an Associate Degree, ideally in mechanical engineering technology.

Expertise in 3D CAD software, with a preference for SolidWorks. Experience with AutoCAD 2D is advantageous.

Experience in designing custom-engineered products.

Understanding of fluid hydraulics, including valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, and filters.

Capability to develop custom-engineered product designs, select suitable components, and ensure optimal system performance.

Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with robust computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead project discussions, present to small groups, and interact with clients.

If you are dedicated to engineering excellence and thrive in a collaborative setting, we encourage you to consider this role.
