Responsibilities- Administer medications as prescribed by the attending physician, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities and updating service plans.
- Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies, providing first aid assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery and support residents with daily tasks.
- Document resident changes and complete reports in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- First Aid & CPR Certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Food Handlers Card required within 30 days of employment.
- Knowledge and experience caring for and interacting with elderly residents.
- Ability to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred.
