We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician to join our team in Eastern Oregon. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and potential for relocation assistance or a sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform specialized laboratory procedures with independence and accuracy.
- Train and educate laboratory personnel and others, contributing to our continuing education program.
- Verify and check documentation of less experienced laboratory personnel, ensuring high-quality results.
- Act as a lead in the absence of a supervisor or manager, preparing schedules or drafting procedures as needed.
- Participate in special projects assigned by management.
- Hold ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification).
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science or an Associate Degree in Science.
- Experience is highly preferred, but not required.
