Premier Solutions HI, LLC is seeking a dedicated System Administrator / Training and Support Specialist to enhance user engagement with the FACET system. This role is crucial for ensuring that all users can effectively integrate the FACET system into their workflows while maintaining the integrity of document storage in the ashore repository.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the System Administrator / Training and Support Specialist include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing technical tasks such as developing scripts for software installations, revising installation protocols, and conducting system tests.
  • Performing regular maintenance and support on-site at the FACET system locations.
  • Delivering comprehensive training on FACET and FIAR to diverse groups.
  • Providing assistance through various channels including in-person, email, and phone.
  • Maintaining the support database with daily updates.
  • Collecting necessary documentation during on-site visits.
  • Demonstrating self-management and initiative in task completion.
  • Conducting impromptu demonstrations or presentations of the FACET system.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office tools effectively.
  • Exhibiting a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Being available during weekdays for client support inquiries.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT networking, with a preference for candidates with training and customer service experience.

Certifications:

  • Preferred certifications include Server+, Network+, MCITP, MCSA, or CCNA.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Windows, OS, Server, and Networking technologies.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and U.S. Passport.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and customer service within the IT sector.
  • Aptitude for delivering professional presentations to senior audiences.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn swiftly and take initiative.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve project objectives.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Navy S1, S2, S6, or S8 (CS / LS) roles, particularly in Logistics.
  • Familiarity with ATO and RMF processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead teams with minimal oversight.
