Position Overview:
ManTech is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Staff Systems Administrator / Analyst to support our operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and troubleshooting Windows servers and workstations, both on-site and remotely.
- Providing Windows system administrative support, including user management, software installation, and system monitoring.
- Overseeing domain controllers, file servers, application servers, and other cloud resources.
- Effectively receiving and triaging customer incidents through the ticketing system.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures to accurately document all tickets.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate support tier.
- Assisting in the configuration of baseline switches, routers, and PCs for deployment.
- Coordinating equipment preparation and shipping, confirming customer receipt, and validating inventories.
Remote Site Surveys: Conducting remote site assessments to identify hardware and cabling requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a System Analyst/Administrator role or similar.
- Possession of an appropriate DoD 8570 Level II certification.
- Experience in network and patch management.
- Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and network monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Exceptional customer interaction skills with a focus on positive service support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
- DoD Intermediate Certification (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, or GSEC) or equivalent military training.
- ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Top Secret-SCI clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years.
- Willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
The compensation range for this position is competitive and influenced by various factors including relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and education.
