Job Description

Solvere Technical Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administration: Ensure the stability and security of our computer systems and networks, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our systems and data from unauthorized access, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage systems, and network connectivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to ensure that our systems and infrastructure meet their needs and support their projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, using your expertise and experience to identify and resolve problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in system administration, network management, and security.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and security measures. Experience with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cloud Certifications: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
  • Security Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certifications.
  • Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
