Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Machinery Mechanic to join our team at Havpak, Inc. as a key member of our production maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using technical manuals and equipment diagrams.
  • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory to support 24-hour operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree in maintenance and equipment repair preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an electrical and mechanical support role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication and writing skills with multi-functional groups.
Working Conditions

The majority of work hours will be spent in production rooms maintaining equipment with moderate to loud noise levels.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items over 25 pounds.
