Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity.
- Excellent manual dexterity and precision finger manipulation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a drug screen, physical examination, and background checks.
