Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery in accordance with ISO9001 quality standards.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and visual aids to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity.
Requirements
  • Excellent manual dexterity and precision finger manipulation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass a drug screen, physical examination, and background checks.
