Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our patient engagement team, you will be responsible for addressing patient questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Make and receive calls to patients regarding their accounts, working towards a common resolution.
- Reference patient health information from our client systems to address patient questions and update and notate said systems.
- Work within established policies and procedures to resolve patient accounts.
- High school diploma or better.
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- Steady work schedule with no nights or weekends.
- A positive and engaging work culture.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA and FSA options.
- 401K and PTO and paid holidays.
- Paid training (3+ weeks).

- Quickly and effectively answer patient questions and concerns while providing exceptional customer service at all times.
