Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our patient engagement team, you will be responsible for addressing patient questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make and receive calls to patients regarding their accounts, working towards a common resolution.
  • Reference patient health information from our client systems to address patient questions and update and notate said systems.
  • Work within established policies and procedures to resolve patient accounts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or better.
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
