Account Development Representative

CCHP Public Portal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Responsibilities- Market CCHP products and services to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our providers, brokers, and employer groups
- Hit 100% monthly sales goals 9 out of 12 months
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales preferred; High School Diploma required
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Community relations including previous Managed Care experience, preferably in Medicare, Group, IFP, and On/Off Exchange
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to speak in front of large and small groups
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$78,062 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
